This cover is so wonderful. Her voice is to die for.

I’m a sucker for an Elliott Smith cover and this song is one of my very favorites.

Hate to start the day with a reblog, but this had to go up. Metric is one my favorite bands out there, and their live shows are just the absolute best. Emily Haines completely rocks my world, and is beyond electric in person. Buy an album (my personal favorite is their most recent release, but their earliest recording, Grow Up and Blow Away), go see them, thank me later.
